I don't like the completing (better half/ other half) business. It makes me feel like we're incomplete. But good love makes us better...gives us the platform to be better. So much better.
I often look into the fire, and while I don’t think it’s alive, I see a story unfolding. And while it’s easy to get the flames burning on top for a moment, the fire soon reveals whether it can truly sustain itself. Even when the past seems so far away it can still assert subtle pressure. These are like snapshots with the past and future just out of frame; present but unseen.
